Morning friends! It’s been a while that I have posted something over here because of my hectic schedule at work my full-time contract job and establishing along our design studio but I can’t tell you how excited I am to add our online Interior design and Interior decoration services on our website . This virtual design package is available to anyone no matter where you live. It’s ideal for the client who works well via email and is comfortable buying products online.
Above is the exterior view of our recently styled Victorian home that has character and vintage charm, in love with those exposed brick walls 🙂 …. Let’s take a tour of some main areas. Starting from really impressive kitchen + dining area –
This kitchen was full of sunshine and eclectic mix of interesting things collected by home owners over the years (antiques, art, oriental crockery, weathered furniture, stone plaque, rustic mirrors and what not!).
This kitchen is painted in classic blue black with Bella brass door locks, brass cup handles, knobs and farmhouse white ceramic sink. The white carrara marble worktop easily works well with this shaker door fronts.
This kitchen + dining opens up in the rear terrace or extension of a kitchen shown above is a perfect rendezvous for a morning tea 🙂 and something I am eyeing (kitchen extension) on for our soon – to – be home! Just look at those stone wall plague, arched mirror, white metal bench, stone top table and lots of greenery….!!!
towards the left is this living room with white shaker door and open shelves cabinet that accommodates loads of books, art collections etc. The red colour in the internals of the cabinet just stands out, isn’t it??
These images give you a glimpse of two bedrooms along with master and kid bedroom. Especially love these floral printed upholstered chairs (white + dark stained just above it). Just take a closer look at this dresser top, you will find objects that tell a story in itself (a vintage key – not sure to which lock it belongs, that flower hairband – trying to imagine how gorgeous it looks when worn ~ “The head that wears the hairband”. Can you spot more elements???
I rarely speak or mention something about kids in our feeds on Instagram but these three images above inspire me a lot, as to how brilliant observers and learners kids are…something I take as a lesson and want to build on. I wonder how many of you miss your childhood???
Scottish kilt blanket, geometrical curtains and white – blue striped bedding (more inspiration here) is a perfect example is how we shouldn’t be afraid to try these together in our home decor.
